Does the free trial commit me to anything?
No. No credit card is required to sign up. You use every feature of the plan you picked for the trial length shown on its card, with no commitment.
What happens when the trial ends?
An invoice is issued for the plan you chose. If it is still unpaid after a short grace period, the account is suspended until payment. Your data is kept during the suspension.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, against an invoice. Bank details are on the invoice, available under Administration › Subscription. Your plan is activated as soon as the transfer is received.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, from Administration › Subscription. The new plan applies once payment is confirmed. If you move to a smaller plan, branches beyond the new limit stay viewable, in read-only mode.
What is the difference between monthly and annual?
The features are identical. The annual subscription is billed once and gives you two months free compared with monthly billing.
How does the Enterprise plan work?
It is sold on quote: the number of branches, users and the scope are set in the contract to fit your network. Contact us and we will reply within 24 business hours.
